The Refineries were to be sold by December 2015 and were to be up and running in 18 months. With massive depots built around the country. Thereby saving dollars, eliminating scarcity, possibly reducing price and getting majority of those tankers out of Lagos!

But Buhari is a genius. He knew better than everyone. After all he was Petroleum Minister 40 years earlier. So he ordered the Refineries to work. Squandering billions of money that wasn't his in the process.

As we await, we have dishonorable characterless individuals looking to excuse this unforgivable incompetence while other clowns are celebrating because "I told you so" will fill their fuel tanks. Forgetting their Lord Jonathan had 5 years to solve same and failed woefully.
