What happens if everybody use the plank and don't "tip"
We're driving from Port Harcourt to Aba and naturally the road is terrible so we have to detour. Using the detour we come across some boys digging a hole in the road so they can make money by "offering" a plank you can use as a bridge. We are mad in this country.
