Who teaches it as the only way? And it is taught as philosophies in schools. Or it should be, at least.
If under philosophy, it can be taught as A perspective. If taught alone, it will be thoughts as THE only perspective.

But it's not taught alone. It's taught alongside many other important philosophies like science, art, physical exercise, & health awareness.
