Well, African professionals are more likely exposed to Europe and the US than to rest of Africa.
I don't get Nigerian startups that have raised money to "conquer Africa" but >90% of their employees are of the Lagos talent/exposure pool

just seeing this. Yes But each can bring their local or regional knowledge. The Kenyan will bring Kenyan, SA, SA, Morocco, North Africa
