I am becoming more of a believer in the idea that there's no real benefit to offering your time/services for free.

More like a couple of experiences that have been a complete waste of time, and of which I didn't see much benefit
perhaps in small doses. 5mins first meet /convo then decide if the person earns more. In the long run, it's worth giving time.
