That has nothing to do with PoD. If you pre-pay for a product you *must* be able to return as easily.

it has EVERYTHING to do with it. Allowing a deduction from your account is big deal enough to eliminate A LOT of time wasters.

Any e-commerce merchant that does that depth of work will make PoD work. Turning it off is lazyness in my opinion.

You know 90%+ of our revenue comes from 'pay at hotel'. Took two years to make it work, all detail, grind work.

People chose PoD because Merchants are giving them products they don't want. That's a merchant problem, not payments.
