Nigerians don't understand that Uber is not anyone's father or brother. If you mess up as a customer, you are rated too. No abeg sah.

@OoTheNigerian Do you realize that Uber also charges you if the driver waits for you. Did you know how much the 20 minutes cost me?
@asemota If you complain, they WILL refund it. Did he start the timer before picking you? That's fraud. That's entirely different.
