@OoTheNigerian it really depends. If you're a sprinter, work on speed. If you're a long-distance runner, work on distance and stamina. -

@OoTheNigerian@MrBankole General advise for most runners starting is to do 2 short runs during the week and a longer one on the weekend. -
@OoTheNigerian@MrBankole Work on speed during your short runs and then try to max out distance at a slower pace on your long run.
