Me I won't even pretend like I know an easy or simple solution to this salary problem with states. But borrowing to pay isn't that solution.
@seyitaylor @Bayobabalola @obadayo If LGA's should be self sustaining, why cant states be self sustaining? They have no excuse owing salary!
