Like I told @OoTheNigerian months ago, if folks in Lekki cannot pay tolls then there is no hope for infrastructure in Nigeria.
Like I told @nonso2 a few months ago, there are proper and transparent ways to do privatization. Tolling the font of my gate will not cut it
