      @asemota this is 100 non-commercial. It is a donation. You buy, scratch and validate. I doubt you need a licence to do donations.

      @asemota well, most things are "regulated" after the usecase is proven. e.g the sports betting peeps. "Mobile Money" in Kenya. Bitcoin.
