@bayoolufemi we met three times a week. every other day excluding the weekend. sessions started out three hours and tapered down to 90 mins.

@bayoolufemi i taught the brother html + css, the sister js. they had assignments to complete by the next meeting. first two weeks.

@bayoolufemi they picked up the basics really quickly. by the second week. the rest was working together and sharing knowledge.

@bayoolufemi they had to reaffirm what they'd learned through teaching AND practical application. they learned better in that process.

@bayoolufemi web dev is easy to pick up. i volunteered at @learningcode and it hardly ever took more than an afternoon to get the basics.

@bayoolufemi the student's level of interest is the key determining factor, which is why making it fun is extremely critical to its success.
