Even when it was glaringly evident that the violence and killing and all were being done in his name.

Especially since it would have cost him nothing to reach out to his supporters and calm them down, & enjoin them to shun violence & killings

The issue, for me, is that he felt comfortable letting people get killed because of his personal ambition. That doesn't sit well with me.

I mean, forget the school of thought that says he may have instigated it with his pre-election comments. How does one do that?

Plus, for the APC - is this about changing Nigeria, or just capturing power? Because I don't understand again.

So, they couldn't do better than Buhari? There are no other hands in the APC that can be brought in to work?

Even if, admittedly, he has the machinery to pull 10 million votes from the North; no ways to put this to use for some other candidate?

Believe it or not, Buhari belongs to the same generation of Nigerians that have messed up, directly or indirectly. Believe it or not.
