There aren't enough startups competing with Sprig and SpoonRocket. Instant food delivery is going to be a multibillion dollar market.

@roach re: inspection, I agree. I think the fact you do not need to be in a central location to serve it changes the economics massively.

@roach yup. I also like the idea of specialisation. You don't need to offer many types of food and beverages. Focus and produce in bulk.
