I sort of hate that the concept of "imposter syndrome" exists because sometimes I just want to acknowledge how legitimately bad I am at something.

I've spent enough time learning how to separate anxiety brain from logical brain, and sometimes there's just places I can logically admit to being inadequate.

Also almost feels like gaslighting whenever I try to express that I'm a slow learner and people try to explain it away with imposter syndrome and I'm left with wondering why I objectively learn 3 times slower than colleagues if it's all in my head??
