I love dungeon runs. I love being able to play on my time. They are the only HS I play at the moment (up from none).
A couple more things. There are some rewards. I have got several cards from rare encounters. They are very infrequent, but infrequent is significantly greater than none.
The other thing is, when I log into HS, the first thing I see in quests which are irrelevant to me. A few dungeon quests would add a fun challenge and make the entry into the game feel less irrelevant.
