Outlaw creates a fundamental tuning problem for Blizzard, the high variance almost requires the spec to be overtuned or people will avoid it

I still think that multiple buff rolls, while interesting, are more problematic than they are beneficial.

.@Archimtiros Yup, if Blizzard wants to keep the dice mechanic changing the number of dice to 4 might help things.

Or add modifiers to mitigate bad luck

That is the wrong direction I think, problem is the high skew of the distribution.
