PSA: There are no guides/stat weights/talent recommendations for any spec in Legion yet (or if there are they may change). Stop asking.

@Krazzorx @mechakisc @Binkenstein The point is that in alpha testing things are in flux & untuned. Doing it "wrong" often exposes more bugs.
