@Fierydemise TBH, if they are aiming to pull lots of people into this game fresh, maybe we'll see even more simplification on that front :(

@AlternativeChat This is a much larger topic but I think some of the WoD simplifications have had a deleterious impact on mechanic design.

@AlternativeChat @Fierydemise I think they intended the simplifications to reduce performance disparity. And I think they failed in that.

@Neowolf2 @AlternativeChat Performance disparity hasn't been that terrible after they finished hotfixing.

@Fierydemise @AlternativeChat I mean, disparity due to player skill, not between classes/specs.

@Neowolf2 @AlternativeChat Oh, thats massive and I think broadly unfixable. Mechanical complexity is a very small part of the skillgap.
