Far more people have had far worse experiences in WoW over the years, be it in retail or classic. And yet, after all these years, it continues, and Blizzard itself is "unable" to solve the problem. It hides behind platitudes and excuses. It's a sad thing.

They need to realize that it doesn't stop there. Systems, people need to be in place to make sure that the game runs the way they want it to. The job of player interface, moderator, professional NPC needs to be created, valued, well paid, and lauded.
There have been periods in the game's existence where it felt like they were starting to move in that direction. It's almost surreal to be that it never became a full commitment.
