also my uh, lady time, hasn't come yet despite being like clockwork for at least the last 10 years. it's a full 2 days late. this is my first full cycle while missing an ovary so I'm wondering if that is effecting things?

I think you are right. It ended up showing up this morning so all is well. I'm thinking maybe timelines for it may be wonkier now that I'm operating with less hormone. Never though I'd be relieved to get it, lol
