Ok so let's talk about the Zappy/Vol'jin thing: my take 1. Is Zappy Vol'jin's son? Possible, sure, but I doubt it. I don't think he needs to be. That the troll he names as his father, Hekazi, fought and died with Saurfang is hugely powerful.
TL;DR: I don't think Zappy is Vol'jin's son. But it's complicated. Also, voice actors are amazing.
Clarification: Zappy names his father so taken at face value he is NOT Vol'jin's son. But hey, he could be adopted...who knows. I don't think it matters much. I'm just not going to paint myself into a corner :)
