    A huge thank you to our Winter Maintenance team for keeping safe over the winter period! ❄️ From October to April, they responded to 62 gritting call outs and laid over 2,270 tonnes of salt! That's the same weight at 400 elephants! 🐘

    1 in 5 of us wrongly think that disposable nappies can go in the recycling if they are unused. ❎ Whether wet, dry or dirty, nappies can't be recycled. ✅ Please put them in your grey bin to be burnt to make energy from waste. Find out more ➡️

    The brilliant volunteers from have been helping to dredge vegetation to encourage future regrowth at Denzell Gardens. Pond life is thriving! The team spotted carp, smooth and palmate newts and lots of invertebrates!

    The Recycling Team have been working with residents in Partington & Old Trafford to improve recycling, and this weeks collected paper & card looked brilliant! Last month Trafford recycled 58.4% of household waste! Keep it up ♻

    It's ! 🫖☕️ Brewing up a cuppa? Dunk the tea bag, leave it in, loose leaf or green tea over black...whichever your preference, remember to recycle tea bags and tea leaves in your green bin! ➡️
