The second best way is through (physical) social circle. Friends matchmaking friends and 2nd degree friends, but because no one socializes anymore it doesn’t work as well.

Sorry, don't agree. So far I've found brothers and sisters in Christ can be just as worldly as their secular counterparts. Worse, some leaders have told singles that it's "their ministry" to stay that way.
