    Aah, my kind of food. Buttery mash. Rich beef stew with Leffe beer. 's (from 'Food for All Seasons') wonderful beetroot and blood orange salad. Should have majoram on top, but I don't have any unfortunately. Put a few dried leaves in the dressing.
