@TeamYouTube I moved a channel to a brand account and it appears to have corrupted things. I'm getting HTTP/500 errors. Can I DM you the text blob that the error page output?

Yes, I've followed you now. The problem seems to have improved somewhat: no more 500 but we are eligible for a custom URL (Notification msg says so) but the option in advanced does not show
