    Place component values and labels in such way that to be clear to which components they are and do not overlap component body with text. Attached is example how *not* to make schematic. It's hard to follow although it may be electrical correct.

    Most important is the schematic to be easy to read i.e. do not place single components with wire labels all around your schematic pages as this will make the schematic hard to follow. Do separate the functional blocks and put all components close to each other.

    I prototyped the software using an ESP32-POE-ISO board, my differential pixel transmitter / receiver boards from a few years ago, and four different types of pixels over the weekend so this should stand a fairly reasonable chance of working.

    Most people will not even notice it, as routers by default are set to auto channel and scans from 1 up and usually use ch 1-3. Our developers think they are very smart and set our router to #13 to have less noise from surrounding networks, so we found this bug.

    you can't read about it as officially it doesn't exist, we found it through extensive testing, all ESPs and modules suffer from it. the easy workaround is to set your WIFI router on the lower channels. Our guess is ESP can't lock reliable at the higher frequencies.

    This is bug in all ESPs, every ESP boards suffer from it. To work around do not set your WIFI router at high channels, where ESP can't lock well. Set your router to ch1-6. You wrote that our boards can't be used for PoE this is not true. The problem is not related to PoE at all.
