    The expectation is that Brian Goorjian will meet with both Matt Flinn and Eric Cooks when he arrives in Wollongong, I’m told. Neither have been ruled out of joining the Hawks’ coaching staff.

    There's plenty of Euro interest in Nick Kay, who opted out of his contract with the Perth Wildcats. Galatasaray has made a big offer to the power forward, per a source, and I'm told Real Betis has done the same.

    Málaga is a big club, and says they're interested in Nick Kay. They're the kind of team that'd be able to throw the kind of money at Kay that Perth more-than-likely wouldn't be able to match.

    Pinder, a 6’8 forward, is coming off a stint at Legia Warszawa, and will back up Daniel Johnson and Isaac Humphries. He should have a big role for the 36ers; brings much-needed athleticism to the roster, and a heap of energy to the second unit.
