Extremely excited to have got a place on the Jo Cox Women In Leadership scheme 2019. Thanks to all who encouraged me, read my application & gave references. Look forward to meeting everyone on the course soon!

EL, it's not really about "offense" is it, it's just awkward when music tech companies continue to act like a huge chunk of their customers don't exist. It's up to you if you wanna be part of that or not. Why should we support companies who don't value our custom?

Thanks for responding. Up to you whether to take it down or not - I would if it was my company. Hopefully you see my point & will consider how adverts like this perpetuate the damaging stereotype that only men use plugins - you’re talented & creative - I’m sure u can do better!😀

I hate to be the audio sexism police but could you please explain your thinking behind this advert & perhaps let us know how many women or LGBT people were involved in signing off this advert?

Just 0.13% of all those arriving in the UK from outside Europe claimed asylum last year. Germany, Italy and France all received at least twice as many applications. The attempt to make political capital out of some of the most desperate people on the planet is a disgrace.

Britain has a long history of giving sanctuary to those fleeing persecution and of upholding international law on refugees and asylum. We must never undermine that ....1

“The home secretary suggested those picked up by the UK authorities could have their asylum requests denied in a bid to prevent others from attempting the same journey.” Well, that would be illegal.

The core principle of the 1951 refugee convention states that 'refugees should not be penalised for their illegal entry or stay' & recognises 'that the seeking of asylum can require refugees to breach immigration rules'
