We have heard from some readers upset with our publishing a photo showing victims after a brutal attack in Nairobi. We understand how painful this coverage can be, and we try to be very sensitive in how we handle both words and images in these situations. nyti.ms/2VTreKW

We are complaining about the one showing dead people. It is insensitive & does not add value to the story. The only purpose is to glorify a Terrorist bullet. Unfortunately, by an outlet we consider to be a global example of fine journalism. Show pictures of human triumph!
How exactly does depicting the horrific results of these vile and evil terrorist attacks "glorify" them? It exposes the their true depravity.

Kenya feels the depth to which such posts glorifies the terrorist acts.

Mr Itumbi you are understandably being diplomatic. I have always respected but just found how idiotic their coverage of our beloved country is! They can’t apologize and try to justify their actions in the same sentence. Please deport this idiots assap!!
Let New York Times do their job. Our own Citizen Tv and other local media was at the scene displaying sad images to the whole world as if Kenya was going to benefit from their reporting. We are our own worst enemy.
