Youtube's own servers don't know your actual sub count until it gets processed. A 3rd party site is only going to display what the main page displays and that's not even 100% accurate.
The third photo there is from my YouTube channel itself, which is displayed correctly. So YouTube obviously does have the correct information on its servers, if it can display it properly on the channel.
Yeah it will when it's done processing all the sub counts. But there are so many things happening per second on YouTube things lag behind like sub counts.
