Even if it is censorship, though, they have the right to set whatever rules and guidelines for their platform that they desire. You agree to those rules and guidelines when you continue use of the platform.

That's a huge if though. There aren't really any full featured competitors to YouTube and the ones trying don't have the integration YouTube has.

Hold up, there are things about both YouTube and Facebook which make it a lot harder. When the corporation is granted special legal rights (like not being sued over content), shouldn't they also be seen as/held to public utility standards?

But they've had to fight legal action over content constantly since their inception. They're not granted special legal rights, they're forced to defend themselves in court all the time.
