  10. Combs is required to immediately begin removing waste from his residential property & clean up both sites. The court entry provided that if Combs brings any waste to either property, he will be barred from accessing that site so he may not worsen an already egregious situation.

  11. Thanks to the hard work of AG Yost's Environmental Enforcement Section the Clermont County count has permanently banned Donald & Anita Combs from operating any waste businesses. This ruling comes as a result of the repeated violations & defiance of court orders.
