I guess we need to clarify something after Nintendo's recent takedown of the Super Mario Bros. Commodore 64 remake. From what we've seen so far Nintendo does NOT go after all fangames, rather they seem to mostly target remakes of existing Nintendo games.

Mario DMCA's: According to Mario Fan Games Galaxy -- a site that hosts 1200 Mario fangames for the past 20 years -- Nintendo almost never DMCA's fangames (except Pokemon). In fact, they've only DMCA'ed about 15 Mario games, or 1% of the total. These ones: youtube.com/watch?v=OjKWKx

So here is the fangame I'm making for #MFGGJam, its a Fallout VN called Washer Waters Farm! It's written to feel like a branching New Vegas quest. Designed NPCs and took screenshots in 4 for the visuals. Check pic descriptions for more info!

Main menu. Ada played the robot in this scene. Jezebel played the same robot in other scenes. Ada was much easier to work with than Jezebel, and that includes when she started flying over the map.
