It looks like I managed to scrape through this, but I really feel for any channel that will have their partnership snatched away from them because of some arbitrary safety rule.

This will solve the problem of video thiefs, but this still won't prevent idiots like Logan Paul from doing what they do, YouTube needs to equally enforce their already existing rules on ALL creators, not exclude the top few.
