Graduates, working class, youth corpers, fathers, mothers are shouting , FG & ASUU are always walking out of each other, with no solutions yet, only for National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) members, to go and be praising Buhari & insulting ASUU. Madness

I read about FGM years ago in a book in the anthropology section of a bookstore. I'd never heard of it prior to that moment. I'm glad I was sitting on the floor at the time because I fainted (the only time in my life I've done so).

"FGM propaganda" btw the consequence of FGM is more than the inability to enjoy sex, it is about controlling the bodies of girls and women and it isn't a propaganda.

Effects or no effects, why would you in the first place even touch someone else's clitoris let alone to cut it for whatever reasons. Cutting the clitoris, for what? One of these days, we'll wake up to see people cutting of girls and women's nipples for some stupid myths.

nobody said anything about sex mentioned the clitoris being cut off, you turned it to sex. i don't know if circumcised women can enjoy sex or not but I do know that FGM is wrong and shouldn't be supported by any human being. have a nice day.

Thanks, Sis Susan. Your shot is straight and carry more power than ours 😀 It's just unimaginable how some people sat and devised ways of cutting the clitoris for some 'no reasons'. Controlling women's sexuality - they don't mean well for girls and women.

the fact that they are comparing it to male circumcision is really annoying, we all know FGM is about policing and controlling the bodies of women.. I cannot say the same for men. anyway keep doing what your are doing 👏👏.

No. It is the hatred for women. Cutting off a girl's clitoris just so she won't feel sexual pleasure is pure wickedness. They knew exactly what they were doing.

For what? I'll tell you. They say it is to avoid a woman being promiscuous but it is a lie. The clitoris is the only human organ whose only function is sexual pleasure. Men don't want that. So they cut it off. So that when women have sex, it is no pleasure but pain. Wickedness.

FGM is not just about cutting girls and women. Many people still stitch their women's vaginas after every childbirth regardless of the complications on her. This is called 'husband stitch', and the only purpose of this modification of a woman’s body is the sexual pleasure of men.

Aren't timezone amazing? Somewhere in the world right now it's tomorrow and somewhere else it's tonight, and in Nigeria it's 1984 where Buhari is still in power.

Roy Allela’s six-year-old niece was born deaf. She found it difficult to communicate with her family, none of whom knew sign language. So Allela – a 25-year-old Kenyan, invented smart gloves that convert sign language movements into audio speech.

It's funny how Nigerian presidential campaigns are cleaner than American. Everyone's got too much dirt on each other they're too afraid to even start.
