I think they meant Zawiyah Martyrs' Square (there is one there too), these pictures are not in downtown Tripoli.

Is this the same Pantsir which was protecting south east skies of Tripoli/Al jufrah before? Replacing 2-3 Pantsir systems may be easy w UAE supprt, but it’s allmost impossible to get them activated in place with drones freely monitoring supply roads.
