*HOWEVER* the video shows a technical destroyed in the strike and NOT a Pantsir.

The video is cleverly made, showing 2 Pantsirs en route (footage that circulated on social media prior to the strike) and possible one deployed outside/moving to the hanger. But ultimately, the only destroyed target shown is a technical, not a Pantsir.pic.twitter.com/piMCLgvtvx
Not sure I understand what the goal here was (of the video)- Even if this is only propaganda, why show that the vehicle destroyed is (very clearly) just a technical? Why not keep that part out (as in the first video) and maintain some leverage of uncertainty?
