The explosion seems too big and too close to the ground to be proximity fuze, but damage to the ground is minimal so not contact fuze/HEAT/etc.

Hope they recorded The moment when who ever collected these parts... that's how investigation goes right!!!! I saw ppl doing that in movies .... hope we have cameras in third world for something like that
