Your thinking of it too literally. They are completely different mechanically. I’m talking about his effect on the games meta. You can shield pressure him. You can edge gaurd him. You can ledge trap him. You can combo the fuck out of him. You can do everything.

He adds to the game, instead of taking things away. Like ZeRo said about Bayo. If you play a character that gets deleted by Cloud it’s usually your characters fault for being poor designed not Cloud’s fault. Like Pac-Man or Toon Link who don’t play Smash and whiff punish.
