Check jakes reply to rishi, my mindset is similar, I think people overinflate peach because they don’t know what her highest rewards are and from where. They are both very strong, I think Palu eekes it out, but current lack of understanding re peach makes peach look better

Palus Neutral is much harder to breach for the average character imo, and peach gets higher reward than she should a lot because people don’t evaluate risk reward properly, usually when I see some crazy turnip combo, the other player did something absurdly stupid to get hit by it

How do you gauge risk reward properly when any of peach’s aerial gets you to 60-80 guaranteed. And not many characters in general can handle peach aerials on shield or approach them when she’s in the lead

The problem is you thinking any aerial leads to that much damage. It's literally only fc nair, dtilt, and dair(at 0) for reliable starters. Rolling back is also a pretty effective answer to her on block, since she can at most try to read it with DA or SideB
