I think encore runs them (or used to?) on Wednesday’s? Scarlets the only offline event I’ve been to for Hearthstone. If encore still runs them I don’t know if they use one of the old formats or the new specialist format (I like this format, lots of people don’t)
Scarlet was a non regular event (scarlet classic VI when i guess?) and ive never been to the encore venue so im not sure who would be best to contact about that, might be good to ask some of the westchester players, they might know more than i do
