It’d be a lot of work to get rolling, and would require a true consensus on what is “Tristate” as far as smash is concerned (smash “Tristate” I think of more legitimately as Northeast, with NE, NY,NJ + Philly, as those are the groups who compete at our large events)
The ideas very good but it needs a decent amount of capable people spread throughout all the subregions to make an effective, while also unbiased panel to make something of this level.
