Who are fun top tiers that have a decent amount of tech and can go offstage and not worry about getting gimped easily? I like wolf a lot but he’s no S4 sheik where I can be super creative with how I wanna play.

nothing lower level players will be able to pull off, theyre usually a bit more complex and are just something that you can tell happens,an example would be watch me v jake play for long enough and youll eventually see me being forced to side b into peach fair or not make it back
