I think Sunshine is great, but it's definitely the worst 3D Mario game for me personally, too many flaws. Game indeed has the best movement, but people over hype that aspect, it doesn't automatically mean it's the best Mario game.

Sunshine's world/level design (Galaxies and Sunshine are more level designed because getting sprites/stars is much more on the rails, whereas 64/Odyssey is more world based "do it your way") is the worst easily.

i think its movement is pretty high up there though although rating those is a bit rougher, Ody's is easily the most fluid, and id put sunshine directly odyssey that, i think 64 movement is slicker but 64 doesnt get that fluid until you're unreasonably good at the game.
