I just don't see the benefit of cutting stages just for the sake of cutting them and idk how you can essentially two bi-plats as a starter that are in similar positions with slightly different platforms heights. At least the kalos layout is drastically different from ps2 layout
I’m cutting them because I don’t think they’re all that good (I love lylat but most people don’t, although I think the stage is okay). I think yoshis brawl is really offensive (I watched the slant make a dash grab whiff on standing fox yesterday).

Town is on the fence, I’m personally anti town but it seems to be more liked than the other 2, I put in another response but I’d like town if the first layout was frozen, stretcher + 2nd form is iffy imo

Imo most of these problems would be fixed if we had a mixed hazards stage list but I'm not gonna start that again. And looking at the stage sizes to be a fair stagelist I think lylat and skyloft should be considered mostly because they're smaller
