At low % probably the singular highest reward thing you can hit is landing back air (back air dash attack nair -> mixup,as does turnaround dtilt but it’s tighter, you can get back air turnaround dtilt attack cancel bair for ex)
Nair isn’t really + on hit at super low %s but you can nair jab as long as they’re over like 15, once they hit mid %s you can do nair dtilt uair juggles. On the ground at mid %s his pivot Ftilt is also really solid cuz it tumbles much earlier in this game, so it forces techchase
