the best answer is realistically Kalos/Town, Unova is very close to Stadium, Kalos is FD-esque with much alleviated ledge pressure due to the plats being so far outward (they dont affect any midstage neutral interactions), most people seem adamant on no slants in starters re: YI

Yeah I hate slants lol, Kalos is my pick for sure. Town is a little sus

Town and YI shouldn’t even be in the running to me. Kalos isn’t ideal but it’s def the best choice outside Unova, agree with you 100%. As a community leader please convince everyone to not make YI a standard. 2GG already has it and I’m afraid of the next few years of Lylat 2.
