whats good with cloud? he seemed mediocre when i tried him out but my cloud ass, just seems like the nerfs were too much for him to keep up in a higher powerlevel game to that degree

hes the same just takes a bit to get used to, his recovery is helped by air dodge, and his advantage state is evem stronger considering this game is frame trap hell

Been saying it since his changes were confirmed. He abuses the weakened ability to land really hard while all his mobility is increased. His kit by nature is good and can't be bad without severe nerfs.
