Fox actually doesn't have any safe ground options, his up tilt works the same as fox, his ftilt kills. Bair is safe on shield, up air is disjointed, dash attack can kill. He has dash grab mixups because of cloud short hopping in Bair range. Like what are you saying??????
They aren’t universally safe but fox can def Ftilt/jab a decent portion of the casts shield and they just gotta hold that, cloud def still 2nd best in the game imo but fox’s ground buttons are wild
